Roll Up Roll Up!

Spring has sprung and the garden is looking fabulous. The sunflowers are growing nice and tall and we are waiting patiently for the first flower to blossom. The tomato plants are looking healthy and the lettuces are very full. Β The temptation was too much for us so yesterday we harvested: lettuce, Vietnamese mint, mint, nasturtium flowers (edible) and juicy red strawberries. With the help of some very dedicated parent helpers we created an afternoon snack of rice paper rolls and a fresh drink. They were delicious!

Dear 2RB,
I love eating lots of veggies in one little roll.It tasted delicious! It was also fun picking the veggies but I still think the eating part was better.
